Marwood Construction is a general contractor specializing in design build high end new construction and restoration solutions in the Houston TX metro area.
Marwood Construction offers its clients an al carte approach toward its service agreements. This is facilitated by listening carefully to our partners and client’s grand vision and personal objectives. We strive to balance the proper risk factors to meet their financial goals while extending uncompromised quality services. Our firm understands that each client is unique, and they should have the opportunity to tailor their construction services to their financial & design goals. In today’s complex business environment, a professional general contractor should be a trusted advisor and provide multiple contract scenarios to the clients for consideration. We provide transparency for the clients to understand the risk assessment issues that are used to calculate construction services fees. -

I talked with the professionals from the company after hearing about them from my friend. They gave me an estimate and explained the construction process in simple way.
